Techmedix streamlines the deployment of Apple devices in bulk with Apple DEP. Users can now unbox brand-new corporate devices, managed from the very first power-on. Managed devices remain that way even if the user initiates a factory reset.
Google introduced Zero Touch Enrollment (ZTE) to simplify the deployment of Android devices in bulk. The Techmedix integration with ZTE ensures that IT no longer has to configure all corporate devices manually.
Samsung devices built on the Knox platform can be effortlessly enrolled with Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME). Devices enrolled with Techmedix with KME will be re-enrolled even if the user initiates a factory reset.
Email/SMS based enrollment is the go-to option to ensure the legitimacy of the user. Users will receive an email/SMS containing login credentials and only users who receive these details can enroll. The email also includes details on the enrollment process; one less task for IT.
Configurator based enrollment can be used to push configuration profiles to Apple devices and requires the device to be connected to a Mac via USB. Using Apple configurator for enrollment can be ideal for organization that do not yet have a DEP account.
Techmedix helps streamline the enrollment workflow by supporting device onboarding using QR codes. The admin can either enroll devices in bulk by scanning the QR code from the portal or let the user scan the QR code from the enrollment email.
Users can enroll their devices without a username or password, by just entering the portal URL. IT admins would no longer have to send user-specific emails detailing login credentials, thereby streamlining the enrollment process.
